Birth Support

My birth support services include prenatal visits to discuss your birth wishes, birth education, and to plan together how I can best support your family during your birth.

Birth support is continuous physical, emotional, non-judgemental support for both you and your family during the birth of your baby.

My birth support includes a postpartum visit to discuss your birth, and review any questions or concerns you might have about the birth, or newborn care.

Newborn Care

My newborn care includes care for your newborn in a variety of different ways. This is a chance for you to receive support to catch up on sleep, or just to take some time for yourself. 
I take care of the diaper changes, feedings, bottle cleaning and sanitizing. I provide nurturing, attentive and sensitive care for your baby. 

I can offer guidance in newborn care and breastfeeding, and offer my tips and tricks to navigating these early days with your new baby.

Childcare

I offer nurturing, fun, safe and educational childcare for your family. My childcare services can include meal and snack preparation, implementing nap time, going on walks or park outings, tidying of children's toys and implementing bed time routine. 

I can offer age appropriate activities for your children and education and resources for your families specific needs.
